Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Beyond The Breakers 2025 Ticket Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Endurance Swimming, LLC, producer of the Beyond The Breakers event, located at 301 Chapman Street Canton MA 02021.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 4, 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.swimbeyondthebreakers.com during the Entry Period and sign up for our email newsletter. One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) general admission ticket to Beyond The Breakers 2025, scheduled for November 8, 2025, at Bentley University. The prize includes event admission only; transportation, lodging, meals, and any other expenses are not included. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is [$250]. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 5, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via the email address submitted with entry. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where lawful, a publicity release.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy

All personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. Agreement to Terms

By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and further agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

11. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, representatives, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Massachusetts.
